Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (Physical Goods)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing physical goods (e.g., printed comics or art prints) from Knight of Ink. The period runs from the day you received the item, or from the day you receive the last item in physical possession if it involves an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered separately.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notification must be given by writing to our customer service email. In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without simultaneously giving us clear notification of this.

2. Returns

You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You must cover the direct costs of returning the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.

3. Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can inspect the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

4. Refund of the Purchase Amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will receive the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs resulting from your own choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We process such refunds using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

5. Exception for Digital Downloads

Digital products (e.g., PDF comics and digital files) where the file is made available immediately after purchase are exempt from the normal 14-day right of withdrawal. By accepting the terms and conditions during the checkout process, you consent to the delivery commencing immediately, thereby waiving your right of withdrawal.
